THE OHIO COUNCIL OF DELIBERATION AND OHIO GRAND ASSEMBLY
TO: Officers and Members of the Ohio Council of Deliberation; State Grand Loyal Lady Ruler, Officers and Members of the Ohio Grand Assembly, Sovereign and Grand Inspectors General, Illustrious Commanders-in-Chief, Officers and Sublime Princes; Loyal Lady Rulers, Officers and Loyal Ladies.

Pursuant to the Constitution and General Regulations of the United Supreme Council of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Prince Hall Affiliation, Northern Jurisdiction, U.S.A., Inc., Chapter II, Article 202 and 203: By the power and authority invested in me as Deputy for the Orient and Most Illustrious Commander-in-Chief of the Ohio Council of Deliberation, I hereby proclaim the 115th Annual Session of the Ohio Council of Deliberation and the 53rd Annual Session of the Ohio
Grand Assembly will convene on Saturday and Sunday October 25-27, 2024, at the Holiday Inn Dayton Fairborn, 2800 Presidential Drive, Fairborn, OH 45324, (877) 390-5931. The Ohio Council of Deliberation will start their devotion Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. and at 9:00 a.m. the 115th Annual Session of the Ohio Council of Deliberation will convene and continue until completion of business. All Sovereign and Grand Inspectors General, Illustrious Commandersin-Chief (present and past), Officers and Fraters in good standing are REQUIRED to register unless excused by the Most Illustrious Commander in-Chief. The proper attire for our Session is a Black or Dark suit, White shirt and Dark or Black Tie and Cap or Crown (Robe if you have one).
At 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2024, the Ohio Commanders of the Rite will convene their Annual Meeting with S.G.I.G. Gregory S. Snead 33° presiding as President and will continue until completion of business; only financial members are allowed to attend. We will observe the same dress code as the Ohio Council of Deliberation.
ADVANCE Registration Fee is Fifty dollars ($50.00) due on or before Tuesday, October 15, 2024, which includes breakfast Sunday morning. Any registration after Tuesday, October 15, 2024, will be $60.00.
